Using Your Accommodations
Due to the high volume of Accommodation Letter requests at the beginning of the semester we are currently processing letters within 5 business days. SSD staff are working as quickly and diligently as possible to process requests. Please do not contact SSD regarding the status of your letters unless it has been longer than 5 business days since your request.
There is no deadline to request or discuss your Accommodation Letters so go ahead and submit your request if you haven’t already.
Use our helpful resources to prepare to discuss your accommodations with your instructor. Watch a video or use our email template to start the conversation with your instructors. Communication with your instructors is a critical part of the accommodation process.
Testing at the Campus Testing Center (CTC)
New for Spring 2022, instructors and students will begin to use RegisterBlast, a new reservation system, to book accommodated exams at the CTC.
Please be aware the new reservation system will be instructor initiated, rather than the previous student initiated process. More details on the process, timelines and responsibilities for students and instructors is available on the CTC website.
