Taming Test Anxiety: How to Recognize and Manage Test-Related Fear
Skills for catching problematic test-taking anxiety and keeping it in check.
In this free, one-session workshop, Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) and Counseling and Mental Health Center (CMHC) staff will share strategies for identifying, managing and effectively coping with test anxiety. Concepts and skills will center largely around adopting more helpful thoughts and behaviors as well as managing the ways anxiety can manifest in the form of bodily symptoms of panic.
You do not need to be a CMHC or SSD client to sign up.
