The DCCE is taking experiential learning to the next level with its new XP3 program. Launched in fall 2020, the yearlong fellowship helps undergraduates develop the skills, experiences and networks needed to thrive in the 21st-century global workforce. Students choose an area of specialization during the fall semester and participate in project-based internships in the spring.
