Using Your Accommodations
SSD has already processed 5,377 Accommodation Letters for 1332 students! Wow!
There is no deadline to request or deliver your Accommodation Letters but you can’t use your accommodations until you have delivered andn discussed them with your instructor.
Watch this video to build your confidence in approaching your instructors. Remember, you have the right to use your approved accommodations!
New to the Student Web Portal: Starting Spring 2020 SSD testing office will be using a Final Exam Request Module to book final exams. This module will open on March 1st and end on April 1st. All final exam requests will need to be booked through the Final Exam Request Module during this timeframe. Regular exams can be booked through the Book a Test module any time until April 1st.

The disABILITY Advocacy Student Coalition is the student organization associated with Services for Students with Disabilities. Students with and without disabilities join together to raise awareness to disability and accessibility on campus. Test Anxiety Workshop
Friday, February 28th from 3:45-5:00pm in SSB Glenn Maloney Room
Join SSD and CMHC to learn more about how to identify, manage, and effectively cope with test anxiety! More detailed information about this workshop, including instructions to RSVP will be posted on SSD’s webpage soon!
Apply to be a LIME Fellow!
The Lime Connect Fellowship Program is open to current sophomores/rising juniors with disabilities. The Fellowship Program includes an all-expense paid Leadership & Development Symposium in New York City this summer, where selected Fellows will receive professional development training, access to our U.S. corporate partners and potential Summer 2021 internships. Fellows will join the lifelong experience of the Lime Connect Fellows Community, where they will receive ongoing support such as group coaching, webinars, and mentoring, as well as continued professional development, community, and networking opportunities throughout their careers. Applications due by March 1st.

The Leadership & Ethics Institute is accepting applications for the Division of Student Affairs Internship Program. Internships are offered in a diverse array of project areas, such as environmental sustainability, eGaming, communications, residence life, graphic design, philanthropy, and more and all positions include housing assistance in addition to an hourly pay.
